230mm Ancon Staifix Cavity Starter Tie is a screw‑in wall tie designed to simplify the construction of a new inner leaf of blockwork within an existing structure.

It provides a secure and reliable method of tying new masonry to existing walls without the need for jointing, making it particularly suitable for applications such as extensions, barn conversions and internal alterations.

Manufactured from stainless steel for long‑term durability, the tie is supplied complete with an 8mm nylon plug and a neoprene O‑ring to ensure a firm and weather‑resistant fixing.
